Have you guys seen these polka dotted babies? I love these beautiful polka dot napkins and I think I will order a few sets once I get back home. I made these for our Mother’s Day BBQ the men in our lives put together…really we did all the work and they just grilled! Haha! These were super simple but a little bit time consuming. I think they turned out really cute although I wish we had grabbed the normal gold and not yellow gold. For a little more color you could dye the white napkins. I wanted something that could go with any occasion. And these did the trick!
DIY Metallic Polka Dot Napkins:What You Need:
white cotton napkins, stamp (I used the end of a wood dowel), fabric paint (Martha Stewart multi-surface paint)
What To Do:
1. Wash and iron the napkins.
2. Prep workplace: use towel so paint doesn’t leak through, glob of paint on a paper dish, etc.
3. Dot away. I am too lazy to measure accurately so I just placed dots about 3 fingers away from each other and then placed dots in between those.
Are the wheels turning? What else would you guys use these for?
